This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreementbetween you (either an individual or a single entity) and may includeassociated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronicdocumentation (collectively, "Software" or "Software Product"). Byinstalling, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using theSoftware, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do notagree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyrighttreaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. TheSoftware is licensed, not sold. The capitalized terms used in this EULAare defined as follows: "Updates" means all subsequent public releasesof software including public beta releases, maintenance releases, errorcorrections, upgrades, enhancements, additions, improvements,extensions, modifications and successor versions. Limitations on ReverseEngineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverseengineer, decompile, and disassemble the Software, including theprotocols associated with the Software, except and only to the extentthat such activity is expressly permitted by applicable lawnotwithstanding this limitation. No Alterations. You may not alter anycomponent of the Software, including without limitation the runtimeenvironment, including without limitation the registry settings.DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS: Transfer. You may nottransfer your rights under this EULA to any third parties. Rental. Youmay not rent, lease, or lend the Software. Trademarks. This EULA doesnot grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or servicemarks of unSigned Softworks. Termination. Without prejudice to any otherrights, unSigned Softworks may terminate this EULA if you fail tocomply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, youmust destroy all copies of the Software. Upgrades and SuccessorVersions. unSigned Softworks may, at its option, make upgrades and/orsuccessor versions of the Software. unSigned Softworks may make non-betaversions of such upgrades and/or successor versions of the Software("Upgrades") available pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or, inunSigned Softworks's sole discretion, unSigned Softworks may conditionthe release of such Upgrades to you upon your acceptance of another EULAor other execution of a separate agreement Support Services. unSignedSoftworks may provide but is not obligated to provide technical or othersupport ("Support Services") for the Software. Any supplementalsoftware code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall beconsidered part of the Software and subject to the terms and conditionsof this EULA. With respect to technical information you provide tounSigned Softworks as part of the Support Services, unSigned Softworksmay use such information for its business purposes, including forproduct support and development. unSigned Softworks will not utilizesuch technical information in a form that personally identifies you. Alltitle and intellectual property rights in and to the Software(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,video, audio, music, text and "applets" incorporated into the Software),and any Updates thereof, and any copies you are permitted to makeherein are owned by unSigned Softworks or its suppliers. All title andintellectual property rights in and to the Content which may be accessedthrough use of the Software is the property of the respective Contentowner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectualproperty laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted arereserved by unSigned Softworks.
